On average she takes 4 days to reply, some instances up to 13 days. She bound my policy using the wrong information and then told me "I’m sorry for any confusion and delay. The policy either way be ineligible with State Farm as the property is vacant." After we discussed renovation insurance at a residential and rental property. Needless to say not the best experience."
